These terms are the agreement between you and Dolomitica Ltd for using Peanut Junior. By creating or joining a space, you agree to them.
Peanut Junior is operated by Dolomitica Ltd (company number 11844886), registered in England and Wales (“we”, “us”).
Peanut Junior is a private, invite-only app for keeping a record of your pregnancy — updates, a shared journal, photos and voice notes, milestones, gentle guidance, and a private AI coach — shared only with the family you invite.
You must be 18 or older to create a space or make a purchase.
A space is a one-time purchase of €39.99. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Your purchase gives your family unlimited access to your space and its content, and we intend to keep it available for the long term. Payment is handled securely by Stripe.
You can buy a space as a gift. We’ll send a redemption code to you or to the recipient you choose; whoever holds the code can redeem it once to create their own private space. A gift purchase is otherwise subject to these same terms.
As Peanut Junior is digital content supplied immediately, the following applies:
Everything you add to your space — your words, photos, and recordings — belongs to you. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content to you and the family you invite, so we can provide the service. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not sell it.
Please use Peanut Junior only for its intended purpose, don’t upload content that is unlawful or infringes others’ rights, and don’t attempt to break, misuse, or gain unauthorised access to the service or other people’s spaces.
The in-app coach and the guidance in the app provide general information for reassurance and education. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional. Always speak to your midwife, doctor, or emergency services for medical concerns. Never disregard professional advice because of something you read in the app.
We work to keep Peanut Junior available and to preserve your space, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. We may improve or change features over time. If we ever need to discontinue the service, we’ll give reasonable notice and a way to export your content.
We provide Peanut Junior with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and none of these terms affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
You can delete your space at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also rely on the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live.
